Application Fields

● Sanitary-grade storage tanks are widely used in industries that require extremely high levels of cleanliness and hygiene, including but not limited to:

● Pharmaceutical industry: used for storing pharmaceutical raw materials, extracts, formulations, etc.

● Food industry: used for storing food raw materials, additives, juice, drinking water, etc.

● Chemical industry: used for storing various chemical raw materials, intermediates, finished products, etc.

● Biological products industry: used for storing biological agents, cell culture media, etc.

Product Featuress and Composition

● Material selection: The tank and inner liner materials are all made of SUS316L or SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring non toxicity, no detachment, and good corrosion resistance.

● Surface Treatment: The surface inside the tank is polished with a mirror finish, with a roughness of Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m, ensuring a smooth surface that is easy to clean and disinfect.
The outer surface can be treated with matte, mirror, sandblasted, or cold-rolled primary color matte according to the needs.

Structural Classification

● Classified by form: It can be divided into vertical stainless steel sanitary storage tanks and horizontal stainless steel sanitary storage tanks.

● Classified by pressure requirements: including stainless steel pressure vessels and non-stainless steel pressure vessels.

● According to the structure, it can be divided into single-layer storage tanks, double-layer storage tanks (with insulation layer), and three-layer storage tanks (with insulation and jacket).

Attachment Configuration
It mainly includes sanitary manholes, sight glasses, liquid inlet and outlet, other process pipe openings, CIP cleaning ports, liquid level gauges, thermometers, cleaning balls, respirators, weighing modules, pressure gauges, safety valves, etc.
