CJMF-K Quick Opening Multi-Bag Filter

CJMF multi-bag filter is suitable for use in high-flow situations. The number of filter bags can be combined from 2 to 36 bags, and the flow rate can range from 50m ³/h to 1000m ³/h. According to the structure, it can be divided into quick opening multi-bag filter (CJMF-K) and ordinary multi-bag filter (CJMF-O).

The CJMF-K quick-opening multi-bag filter adopts a clamp-locking seal, which is easy and fast to operate. It only takes 30 seconds to open and close once, making it particularly suitable for occasions where filter bags are frequently replaced, improving efficiency and reducing manual operation time. There are 3 to 12 bags to choose from, and the flow rate ranges from 50m ³/h to 480m ³/h.

How to Open the Top Cover

Step 1: Filter bag change necessary, opening the safety, interlock ensures simultaneous pressure relief.

Step 2: Using a handwheel to rotate the screw, Until the hoop is fully opened.

Step 3: Gently open the top cover.

Step 4: Replace the filter bag inside.

Step 5: Closing of the cover.

Step 6: Rotate the hand wheel again to close the top cover until it stops rotating.

Step 7: Close the safety interlock device.

● Using a spring-assisted weight balancing mechanism, the top cover is as light as nothing, and can be opened or closed with just a gentle push by hand;
